Returns & Refunds

At Color Your Super Soul, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

If your book arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at coloryoursupersoul@gmail.com.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item

If your request is approved, we will provide a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Returns

Because our books and educational resources are printed products, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Accidental orders
• Items that have been used, written in, or colored in

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after it has been processed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Amazon or Retail Purchases

If you purchased one of our books through Amazon, Indigo, or another retailer, returns and refunds must be handled directly through the retailer where the purchase was made and are subject to that retailer's policies.
